Learn how to massage your baby from a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Benefits include relaxation, reduced stress, pain relief, improved sleep, improved growth, interaction and connection with you and your baby, bonding and communication, reduction in gastrointestinal symptoms and colic, and stimulation of all body systems and nervous system. This group class is taught over several weeks and will give you the tools to implement the benefits of infant massage at home with your baby daily. Virtual and in person option available.
